A Typical Day in the Juniors
The Juniors is an exciting place to be with wonder, creativity and ingenuity literally bursting out of the classroom doors. We follow the British National Curriculum, Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and whilst the students have specialist teachers for PE, Music and Greek, their class teacher plays an integral pastoral role in the nurturing and development of each and every child.
Reading, writing and mathematics are crucial for development but extra flavour is added through the foundation subjects which engage and bemuse these young minds. National and international events and every day physical learning also form a crucial and exciting part of our Junior children’s day.
Here is a typical example of an ordinary week’s schedule for these classes.
